my friend has a verizon phone and it says welcome to verizon wireless your call cannot be completed as dialed announcement switch 569-02 and then it say we are unable to complete your call as dial please try again. does this mean that the phone is disconnected or maybe the bill has to be payed im getting worried it has been like 3 weeks we don't live in the same state so i am worried. I would like to know if i could get and answer to this question tonight....can any one help me with this i don't know what else to do.
