I recently bought a remote control plane, and the remote required 8 AA batteries. I used my rechargeable batteries because I didn't want to keep going through single-charge batteries, but now that I want to take them out the batteries are completely jammed! I really need to get these batteries out, they're so useful! Any suggestions?

At first open the battery compartment of the device from which you want to remove the stuck alkaline battery.Wedge a butter knife between the stuck alkaline battery and the side of the device.Press left or right with the knife while also pushing downward a bit to cause the battery to align against the spring and spring forth from the device.
