Hi, I'd like some ideas for a suitable career, if you want to help me that is.
I have very bad people skills and I'm not smart. This is made worse by the fact that I couldn't take my GCSE's because I was in hospital at the time of the exams, so I have only 2 GCSE's based on controlled assessments/coursework. French and art plus a btec in science, all c grades. I'd appreciate any suggestions for careers, thank you for reading.
Help for job ideas please?

With a record like that, you can forget about all the popular avenues to employment. That's not bad, since those avenues are full of unemployed people anyway.
Get "Dress For Success" by John Molloy and consider his advice for students:
- Vocal skill will affect your earning power more than any other detail.
- Acting skill will get you a job offer even when you are not qualified for the job.
- The most important benefit you get from school is your address book.
- The difference between a successful person and a very successful person is that the latter knows hundreds more people, and knows them quite well.
- No school will teach you any of the above. They don't even teach how to do well in their school.
Of course, that presumes you still have a few years for preparations. I suggest you get a job that does not require much preparation. Waitresses at truck stop diners always seem to be a lot happier than people working in office jobs. Back in 2001 I read a story about a lady who started at age 15 washing and ironing sheets by hand. That's all she did for fifty years. The story was in the news because when she retired, she paid cash for a house and gave $160,000 to a college for a scholarship. There are a LOT of misguided people advising each other on how to get a good job, and not so many people advising on how to get a good life.
Your biggest problem right now is that the nation is collapsing, and that is probably true even if you are not in the same nation I am in. Every nation on the planet has dishonest money, and that always leads to collapse, and the end is near. I suggest you get a simple wage paying job, rent a cheap pad withing walking distance, and save all you can by buying silver ingots and hiding them at home. Spend your evenings studying investment books at the library.
That's kind of depressing but it's sadly true. Thank you for your honesty.
