Can you turn on/Power on an Alcatel One touch A392A Flip Phone without the battery by using just the power cord? If so, how would I do that? And is it able to be fully operable and fully functional without the battery by using just the power cord? If so, how would I do this?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
