I’m 190-195 pounds. I always juggle these two weights. I’m 5′6″ and 18. Thing is I do not look h.u.g.e as you might think. I have a good proportioned body, but I want to be smaller. I don’t usually think in terms of weight, but my pants size ranges from 11-14, my ideal pant size would be a 7-10. As for weight I would be okay with 120, but my Doctor said that at this weight, with my body t.y.p.e I would look anorexic, with my bones showing. He also said a good 10-15 pounds of my body weight is my breasts, would they lose weight if I did? Or remain so heavy? Also I have really B.A.D stretch marks on my legs and calves, is that telling me that I’m not supposed to be this big? And does having stretch marks mean I’d have hanging skin if I lost the weight? I’ve tried, but jogging and walking and crunches and leg workouts don’t help me lose weight at A.L.L. I don’t know what to do. Help?
