Hello to anyone bothering to read this have you ever had paranormal activity? thx for time?

I have. When I was 16-18 I experienced being followed by a ghost or something I knew it was following me because I was living in the house I grew up in an I thought it was the house so I moved out thinking the house was haunted but it seemed to follow me everywhere an I would see it between the times when I got into bed while I was awake trying to sleep sometimes id sit up during the night an look at my ceiling an I see a shadow fly quickly across the ceiling an I would close my eyes and tell it strongly and sternly to "Go away! You are NOT wanted here, leave now!" And it would leave me alone for the rest of the night. Don't be scared just be the Alfa show it who's boss.
