basically my mother passed this month with no will, she owned the house i live in with her husband owning half as well. I am now worried that because the house has all passed over to him as there was now will that by law he can sell the house and leave me and my 3 brothers with nothing. i am 20 years old and have lived here since 2007. i have now taken on paying all the bills while he is paying the rest of the mortgage. i suppose basically i just want to know if he can leave me homeless or will he have to give me some money if he sells up. thanks
