... down to 125. but i cant seem to stick to any diets that i put myself on. my whole highschool life i used to be 160, then once i graduated i moved out of the area and gained to be around 190! then over a year ago i lost weight and got down to 125 by excersise and eating just once a day. now over the past year i gained some weight back and cant get it off. i try to eat healthy throughout the day (like 6 small meals) but i cant control myself to do that. and i cant even control my eating habits most the time and all i want to do is binge all day long on my days i have off from work! i hate that im always up and down with my weight (between 133-143) and im sick of it. what should i do with myself?!
