Hello I have a friend that her HTC phone was lock she does not remember her password can you help?

Well, there isn't anything I can do since I don't know her password. But if you take the phone to her Internet provider (AKA: T-Mobile, AT&T Ect.) they might be able to unlock it. Otherwise they'd have to do a factory reset (Setting the phone to the state that it was at when she bought the phone) Best of luck!
