Hello, 2 days ago I got a headache. It's pretty painful and if I stand up quickly or move my head?

... quickly it's a pounding pain. my eyes also hurt to the touch and if i try to move them around at all. I've tried pain meds and warm compresses nothing is helping. any ideas on what this is? or how to get rid of it?

my neck is also stiff. I've been hydrating myself So
I really don't know what this could be

Well i am only 10 years old but i have migraines myself. I normally just sleep them off or i suggest heating pad (ice packs make it worse). So i hope this helped and that you get better.
