If not is there anything else that's bad about this?

Your sugar consumption is far too high. That's why you're having chest pain. Over-consumption of sugar makes your heart weaker.
Headaches and fainting when our sugar levels are too high are usually a symptom of withdrawal - meaning your body is addicted to it.
You won't have a heart attack if you change your diet. Start by cutting back slowly. Little by little every day. Soon, your body will get used to having less sugar, and soon, though it'll take time, you won't even miss it. It's easier said than done, so don't give up if it seems too hard.
