For a while now my hard has constantly been beating hard enough that you can see my chest and stomach moving with every heartbeat, even when I've been resting all day and I am just sitting somewhere. Under the same circumstances the veins down my forearms, in my hands, down my calves and near my temple are constantly bulging bigger than any of my friends' even after an intense workout. I assumed I just have a strong heart but lately I've spontaneously gotten bloody noses (which almost never happens to me and I've coughed up blood a few times). Also I've gotten fatigued just standing still. I was just concerned, is my heart working too hard? Do I need to be worried about heart failure or something like that? Also a spot appeared on my shoulder that has a slight chance of being cancerous, if that's the case could my heart be overcompensating for that? I am a young male and do not take any drugs prescription or otherwise. My diet consists evenly of proteins, dairy, grains, and fruit. I am not very active, I work out Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Is my heart something I should be worried about or is this normal?
