I'm a 12 year old girl and I like sports.
I know that it's not healthy for kids to train very hard, I mean like they do in gyms.
But is it ok to do sit-ups and squats? I do 100 to 200 sit-ups now so I was starting to wonder if that's healthy.
Maybe it's a bit of a stupid question, but I just don't know :)

I'm a 14 year old girl who also works out. I do 200 pushups and 150 squats. I feel great but another way to be healthier is masturbating. Now as healthy teens are body's are great for Making sperm. I normally masterbate which also creates healthier sperm for the future for Making children. Now my friend and I both do it and she only cume but an can get me to squirt by we only do that at her house in the middle of the night. It also helps you sleep better and sleep in better is good for u.
