I have an MPA and MSW degrees and I am also PMP certified. My experiences have been in economic development projects and some health awareness projects. I developed an interest in healthcare IT so I would like to know which certification would help me better the CompTIA Healthcare or the CAHISM. I just took the CompTIA IT fundamentals Strata certification but I have no intention of taking the A+. That being said which one is more geared towards the project management side and less toward the IT side?
