Hi guys, I am new to this subreddit and I need a lot of help since it is almost impossible for me to show the results of my work and I know you hear it a lot but jsut hear me out
18 years old, 2 meters male with 83 kilograms of weight, I have scoliosis and hashimoto sindrom (hormone problem) , I am skinny fat , wide hips but skinny arms and legs.
I have been going to the gym on and off for about 4 and a half months now and I can barely see any results ( mostly on stomach and biceps and back) , I have problems with gaining weight and I am afraid of what I can and can not do because of my back problems. If there is anyone of you that has any problems similar to mine i need your advice because I am starting to loose hope that i will ever gain weight and look better as it is. Thank you in advance
