I've never had them before. I've come to the conclusion that it is most likely not a heart problem because I have excellent blood pressure considering I've done it about 10 times now over 5 days. The pain has also decreased over the days as well. It all started when I had to work Saturday and I started feeling a sharp and achy pain on the left side of my chest that also was accompanied by left upper back pain and a slightly numb and tingly arm. I went home to my boyfrinds mother (who is an EMT) and she told me it was anxiety and the chest pain and everything else instantly went away. Normally I'll fall asleep and wake up with no pain until late afternoon and chest sharpness comes and goes. I also had experienced what felt like a cholly horse in my left arm that would spazz out and stop just like the chest sharpness. But for the most part now it stays away all day but by the end of the day it may act up and the more I think or concentrate on the pain the more it acts up. Everyone I've discussed this with says its anxiety and or a pinched nerve, but I also smoke but haven't in days because I've been scared as hell. I haven't seemed help from a professional because we were all under the impression I wasn't covered by my moms insurance but after finding out I am I am seeing my health care provider tomorrow.
But here's what I've been experiencing:

Sharp pains in my chest left side only a few times it traveled to my right side of chest.
I have felt numbing and tingling in left arm but that was only for 2 days now it just feels tender and slightly weaker than right arm.
Very small spot it feels sore on my chest
Pains come and go and when they come it's like just one needle stab or if I think about it will continue for minutes until I calm down.
Did have upper left back pain for 2 days but for most part it's gone.
Cholly horse in my left arm
And the feeling of cloudy or pressured head that makes me feel like I'm not 100% with reality...

Any thoughts?
