Umm... I am an obese teen. I've been overweight for most of my life ( since I was 8) My mom says that I am okay the way I am, but I've read that obesity can bring serious complications to your health. So, I've decided that this summer I want to go to a weight loss camp for a few weeks. My mom said that I can only go if my brother and sister go. That's fine with me, but I don't think that they'd enjoy it , because they aren't overweight at all. My mom says the only way I can go is if they come along. Does anyone know of a health camp that would be fun for all of us.

I dont think your brother and sister would like the health camp . Even if you manage to find one , it would probably be far from your house . The best way for you to slim down is eating less then 1200 calories .
Avoid eating mayonise , full cream milk , cheese , bread ,rice .
here is a tip that would help you slim down and eat delicious food .
Eat only meat but no fat on it . Use water to boil it and just eat it with soy sauce .
Dont eat too much diary products

I don't think you should go to a health camp at all if you can only go if your siblings go and they don't want to. It's best for health tips here, so do not eat high fat foods, try to stay away from junk food, exercise as often as you can, and obey the amount of calories, calcium, and other amounts of important nutrition in food you should eat according to your age and activity level. I have a problem with weight too and I feel I'll never get rid of it, my brother bullies me heavily on the fact even though he has a beer belly himself, I'm thinking of going on strict diets or becoming anorexic:(
You don't have to go to a health camp because you can lose weight even when you are just at home. Do jogging, walking, running or other physical activities. Be consistent with it. Also, you need to modify your diet. Include fruits and vegetables. Change of lifestyle can make you thin.
I think there is no such place exist unless and until they also follow workout. You must follow balanced and fat-free diet with regular jog and exercises at home which will reduce fat.For that you can surf Google. If you can follow this for 2 to 3 months then it will show you some positive feedback.

I suggest you have a low calorie diet, and instead of eating juni, rat dried fruit and fruit, run 5 minutes every day at the begining, then 10- 20-30 amd you'll get better and decrease the risk of heart problems. Maybe you can go swimming on skip rope. Good luck :)
The safest way to slim down is to do some cardio. Dieting can hurt more than it helps in the long run and starvation actually causes the body to store fat. Check out abs4all (I think) on instagram they have very simple workout ideas for abs. Also check out fitness blender (I think) on youtube.
