There are a few ways of telling. But it might take a few months to figure it out. Take your temperature every morning when you wake up. When you're ovulating your temp will be a little higher. Maybe only one degree. It's usually almost exactly halfway between periods. So if your first day was the 31st, it might be September 14th. Give or take a day. But the most obvious way you can tell is if you notice after your period and you wipe and you're finally over it and then a week or so later you have that clear discharge, that's when you're ovulating. Also, do you ever get cramping midway through on one side or the other. That's a sign. They sell kits at Walgreens or CVS as well that do some sort of tracking. Good luck!
Google it online there are allot of websites that give detailed answers to your question. To post very best answer is need and use allot of pages and space. . You can also talk to your doctor or nurse . They can do lab tests to help you also. . Like what was said before take temptures usually when your temptures at it's highest . But like I've seen in movies that not always work. In one movie wife calls husband at work say cone home right now. He zooms home only to hear her say you to late miss it. Best just research it allot online read up on it. Maybe some the women on here share what work for them.
