I had a dream with a man in it with black floppy sort of hair. He was Mexican or Indonesian and had specifically a green (I think carved wooden) snake or crocodile earring. He seemed surprised that I noticed him in my dream and he was trying to take something of mine in my dream so he could do something (I think like vodoo or ritual) with it. Have you seen him in your dreams? does any of this have symbolism? is there any particular meaning about snake or crocodile in Indonesian/Mexican culture? I think it was biting onto his ear lobe but was an earring.

All of us dream while sleeping, even if we may claim that we do not. It has been estimated that more than 95 percent of all dreams are not remember. Actually, those we usually remember are the ones we have just before awakening.
Not all sleep consists of dreaming. A portion of it is thinking. Since it seems that dreams originate principally within the brain, it is not reasonable to think that they have special messages for us. We should view them as a normal function of the brain that helps maintain it in a healthful condition. Be careful of what you feed your mind.

It doesn't have to do with the subconscious though?
