Yes, because I like blackcurrant juice. Some purple things use a combination of red and blue dye to get to purple. The red dye breaks down in the body but the blue doesn't and passes through you. When blue combines with the usual brown/yellow dye of waste, it becomes green.
It's nothing to worry about.
