My girlfriend and I are traveling around south east Asia from 25th April 2015 until the 25th May 2015.
We are staying in Bangkok, Koh Phangan, Siem Reap, Phnom Penh, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City
We have paid for our accommodation and all of our flights already so basically we are just wondering about spends? We want to see all the main attractions and we also want to eat out alot and have a few good night's out too.
Will £4000 be enough for the two of us to do all of that? We don't want to be having to watch what we spend as we really want to enjoy it as much as we can!
Any answers and tips are very welcome, thanks :)
Really? I have literally just stopped reading an article on google where somebody has done a blog on how much is a good ideal daily budget to get around South East Asia and it quoted $50 a day for couples in Thailand and $45 a day for couples traveling around Cambodia and Vietnam. That's also taking into account there accommodation. It said that aslong as they drink in moderation then that budget willbe enough to get to see all the sights, and eat well and get a couple of party nights a week. I was thrilled when I seen that because we have already paid for our accommodation every where and our budget will be about £150 a day, which equals $250 so we would have plenty. We already have medical insurance too :)
Thanks for your reply, I will look into it further. Thanks :)
