Have had my Implanon in my arm birth control for 3 years. Could I get pregnant after it runs out?

Yes, totally. You should get it replaced when it runs out. You are not protected after it runs out.

The reason I’m asking because the covid 19 it’s been hard to go see my primary doctor and I’m honestly trying to have a baby now so I need to get it removed ASAP, I’ve had it since February 2017 and it ran out February 2020 and I had totally forgot because I’ve been working a lot; so there is a possibility of me being able to get pregnant?

Yes there is the possibility. But you should still get it removed asap. It's better not having this on board when you want to have children anyway.
