Have dandruff most likely from a dry scalp I just recently shaved bawled what can I do to fix?

I am told that dandruff is caused by a B vitamin deficiency. I have not studied that, but it is known that vitamin deficiencies are very common in the USA. Get nutritional yeast powder and/or B-100 pills. Vitamin B2 is a water soluble dye that turns urine bright yellow. When the color fades, it's time for another dose. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right.

Vitamin B deficiencies are often somewhat difficult to treat. You might have to cut the pills in quarters and take one piece every hour or so to get results. That worked for me.
