Has Ireland ever had full employment? And what is Ireland's current full employment rate?

When a society has honest money there is no unemployment. None zip zero nada goose egg. Everybody who wants a job has one. It is only when the government issues paper money with no backing that unemployment becomes an issue. Currently there is NO country with honest money.
