I currently work as the overnight manager for a Ritz Carlton. The company is powerful, and provides great benefits. But hospitality is wearing me out. The fake smiles and customer aspect of it coupled with the overnight shift are destroying me. I have no degree, only military and hospitality manager experience. Has anyone transferred out of this industry into a good career without a degree? If you did and went for a degree in something else, what did you pick? Looking for experiences or advice.
Has anyone used hospitality management experience to transition to another career?
