Said "free" cleaning but locked my computer & erased Firefox as Browser & re-did byt O/A for over 24hrs until a girl's voice asked me how I liked it then all returned.expect they will mess it up again & $$ to fix it.

If you can't fix this problem then your eventually going to need to take your PC to get it repaired. I don't know that much about this kind of stuff but when ever you see a pop up it's better to just ignore it.
Tonight it locked even control pannel & tried many times to remove then their site popped up & had uninstall so hit it and 1-2 hrs later I got things back but know they yet are in this as it is now slower than a snail. I have Firefox as browser,& how to get ine info on antivirus,and is it free?Firefox has a pop up protection in this now but have several viruses some stopping me from sending out some e-mails as if some are blocked,even family while others ok.on facebook can't send comments to some family & friends.
