Has anybody experience that PayPal took money from you twice for the same transaction?

I had 2 account linked to PayPal account, I have send money from one where I had more then enough for the transfer and PayPal took it also from the other account.

Answer

A lot of people refuse to do business with Paypal for a lot of reasons, but that is one I have not heard before.

Has anybody experience that PayPal took money from you twice for the same transaction?
