Hard drive usage always at 99%...am running windows 8 and 8gb ram..core i5 4210 u @1.7 ghz?

I've the same problem for a long time now. Hereby a list of things you could probably:
-Update you're firmware
-Reïnstall your windows 8.
-Upgrade to windows 8.1
-Do all the updates
-Use Windows+R and type msconfig followed by enter. Choose for services and finch out what you don't need. Carefull with this tool. You can finch out wrong things witch will result in a crashing computer, Do you're research.
-Remove all wrong programs from you're computer.

And if all of this is not working, you're dealing with the same problem I have... Witch is pretty ignoring... I'm still trying to figure out what to do...
