I have a Syrian hamster that I have had for about 3 weeks. I bought it from a store where they are regularly handled so when trying to tame her it didn't take long. Anyway she has been acting weird lately. She has started pacing and washing herself in her cage quickly and I'm getting worried. This is only the first time I have seen it but I was away for the weekend 2 days ago so I don't know. Her paws also seem a bit damp but then again I just refilled her bottle so it might just me water or wee. Still I am worried should I go to the vet or is it nothing?
