I went to a hair salon and got my hair done. It was 235 dollars. I waited a few days for it to be taken out of my account. It never was. Almost a week later I realized that the money was actually refunded into my account instead of deducted. Today they called but I am currently at work. They know of the error. I have to return the call. I am not going to keep the money and I am going make things right. BUT just out of curiousness, if I didn't contact them back so they could take the money out of my account, who is at fault? Me or them? Are they allowed to make it a legal action?
