If your a hair assistant and your job is to help stylist wash hair, tone and dry should you get a percentage of what the stylist make or a percentage of the tips they get for helping them out? Im currently working as a hair assitant and i do laundry, wash dishes, sweep, wash hair, tone peoples hair and etc and sometimes i dont get no tips but the stylist gets all the tip at the end of the day and i also dont get a percentage of the service that i did like for example a toner at the salon is $30 so if im doing the toner shouldnt i deserve to get a percentage of what i did on the client ?
