my electric and gas bill £49.99 per month. British gas started to charge £160 per month without me noticing. I have a really small flat and live with my mum so no way bill can be so big. However I know few families that don't even pay so much per month. I called them up and they said nothing to be done that is your bill.To cancel the British gas also need to be paid £300. this is stupid. Anybody can give me advice on what should i do ?
