How long does the tenderness and inflamed normally last? I've heard that industrial barbells are normally one of the harder one to start healing, so I did expect it to be a while, but I was just wondering if I should get it checked out because it's still heavily inflamed/hot the touch or if it's fairly normal for it to still be a bit hot after 9 days.
