Google - why student choose USA to go for higher study, why not other countries?

You know students go just about where they think that they will get the best studys colleges and universitys they are ranked because of their ranking. Word of mouth and i'm sure that other countries are ranked the same way so thats how they choose the colleges they want to attend.
