Google - Why does my cat keep going for my 9 year old nephew?

Details:

My 4 year old cat keeps going for my nephew, he has 2 younger brothers who are louder than him, and she just hides from them. But she seems to really hate the eldest one. Shes not used to children but he doesn't try to touch her, he ran past her once and that seems to have set her off.

Your nephew might be agitating the cat they might be to purplexed and be to much for the kitty to handle don't like fast movement. The nephew might be doing something to the kitty so this is the only way the kitty knows to protect its self.

I don't think he's agitating her, had has tried to stroke her once or twice, which I told him not to do. I told him to ignore her and let her come to him. It seems like she's always on edge though
