Google - Why are my breaks sticking even after the brakes, calipers, and rotors were replaced??

Its a 1998 Honda accord. My car does okay at lower speeds. But when I speed up the car starts shaking and the breaks stick. I also smell a burning smell. My boyfriend works in a shop and the replace the rotors, breaks, and calipers. We are confused. Nothing is visiblty wrong
