Google - Which is better liposuction or bariatric?

They say there is a better way of doing this they put a balloon through your belly button the blow it up and it shrink's your belly size then you eat less suppose to work really well cause there's a new way they do it but if your thinking about one of the other ways I would go to the bariatric preasure
