... her? we get on really well and i think she likes me but im not sure, and the thing is she has a boyfriend but she always moans how crappy he is and how shes fed up of him and he alwqys stresses her out. i dunno what to do (if anything), any advice?

She seems like she is using you as a crutch. I usually use the rule "Don't rag, don't brag" to my guy friends about my bf and vice versa. She may not realize that she's depending on you and in turn the more want to solve her problems, the more you're going to like her. Tell it straight to her and say: "Hey, look, you've been using me as a crutch to your problems instead of solving your relationship yourself. I'm not involved with your relationship, and I understand you need someone to vent to. Please if you need to vent excessively to someone, turn to one of your girl friends." If she doesn't talk to you much after that, she wasn't really into you. Don't really mention at first that you like her and give her space if/once she dumps her bf. I'd give a minimum of 1-2 weeks out of respect (even if they did suck). Hope I helped(:
