I am finishing up my B.S. in psychology and applying to graduate schools for psychology. I am interested in being a clinician and a Psy.D. (not a Ph.D.) is what I am looking for. I am from California, currently at my undergrad in Utah, but would like to go back to California. I am struggling to find many notable schools with Psy.D. programs, mostly smaller schools or lower ranked schools. What are some highly ranked/highly respected schools that offer Psy.D. programs?

Thats crazy these past two weeks ive been looking for a college to get a degree in psychology. Im not sure what kind of degree associates or bachelor's or if there are alot of different types of psychology degrees. But check out Stanford University, Berkeley University, but the two ive seen most popular and respected in Cali (for psychology) were University of California San Diego in La Jolla, California and University of California Santa Barbara in Santa Barbara. Ive basically screen shot every site ive beem to these past couple weeks haha so hopefully that helps. I work too much so trying to find a better than decent college for online courses. Not working to well but ill be very pleased to know that you actually got some useful answers from the research ive done.
