if hypocenter located under lithosphere( inside asthenosphere is plastic so it's not hard like crust, plate, lithosphere), the magnitude dramatically became weaker?
if it doesn't change, why not? please tell me

There is no system. Nobody knows the first thing about what is under our feet. Some mines go down a thousand feet or so, some wells are a few thousand feet, and some Russians drilled seven miles. Oil companies use sound waves and a lot of assumptions to compute maps and pictures. And we don't have any other clue about what's down there. Only guesses.
