... left one number out of the parcel number. So I was never listed as joint owner. I found this out because we broke up and I he would not pay me my part of the rent that the tenants were paying. So I went to file a partition lawsuit and then found out I was not listed as the owner. I looked at the quitclaim deed he filed and noticed one of the parcel numbers was gone. Since we have broken up he is now refusing to file a new quit claim deed. Is there anything I can do or am I just out my money?
