Google - Playing Ultra moon and I need help with my team I need suggestions or other Pokémon to use

First choose your favorite or more effective Pokémon than choose one Pokémon that can defeat your first Pokémon’s weakness. Make this a chain. For example:
Litten is Fire so I would next choose a grass type Pokémon in case there’s water type Pokémon.
If your grass type Pokémon is also dark than fairy is one of darks weaknesses so than choose a steel or poison Pokémon
You can do it this way for at least a few Pokémon, this chain doesn’t have to consist of your whole team, but try to have a good balance. Pokémon that have exceptional speed or strength can also be useful in addition with the chain.
With any Pokémon in your team try to use at least one move that is the same type for most of them, as moves are stronger when you use the same type of move for the same type of Pokémon. Early in the game you can use tricks like poison, sleep, paralysis, or moves like bind or leech seed to slowly deteriorate the opponent. Having a balance of certain Pokémon with these (preferably ones with higher speed) and Pokémon that are stronger than others with at least an average amount of sped should be good.
Also Totem Pokémon can be obtained when you collect enough totem stickers.
