Google - Ok so I had this idiot try to pop out a big dent on my quarter panel. It's a 96 firebird.?

... He hit it with a metal hammer along with trying to pry the dent out. It looks better than before but is pretty rough still. He hit the panel to hard I'm guessing. Acted like he had done this before and said I would need to use bondo to smooth it out now.Has any one heard or tried this method?
