...  missing, never had any problems until now. The Theif has signed me up for an online auction site and spent &pound;4.76 which to be honest I do not care about, however they signed me up for the Premium Account which costs &pound;59.99 a month! I am now receiving emails and letters demanding the &pound;179.97 in back fees for the account that I know nothing about! Can anyone offer any advice as to what to do, because they are refusing to acknowledge the fact that I did not open the account, even after giving them a crime number! thank you

well i think you should not pay it and i think it is not right for them to do that i mean force you on paying it. Especially that happens after stealing of your wallet you can say that it is not you and they should have some other ID from the person who open the account

I thought you already cancelled your cards so why is that your account still accept such transactions? Maybe you ask the bank or the company of your cards regarding this matter.
