we live in Texas, my husband works for a contractor who works for a major package delivery company. customer complaints are unavoidable ppl are not home and complain when a package is not delivered because they require a signature so ppl complain often. recently a contractor my husband works for decided to deduct money every-time a customer called and complained he had his employees sign a paper that stated he was going to deduct every time a customer complaint it was a ordinary paper not by court or notarized. today my husband got his paycheck deducted 100 off his normal wages for a complaint that was done 3 months ago. we live paycheck by paycheck and this affects us, its bound to happen again. is this even legal???
