Google - My grandmother husband died and his family has oil and land...there was a Will made from?

... his father and his name was not on on it....the whole family..meaning his brother and sister got land and oil....is my grandmother entitled to something??? Oh yea he has 2 sons and 5 daughters....the oldest has same name as my grandfather....and he is the oldest out of has family as well(my grandmother husband)
