... and have had his car. Him, my mom, sister, and I have all known that I will have his car and pay it. Whenever he gets out we all knew including him that he would not take the car until he paid me money back and we all had a verbal agreement with him. He got out a week ago and came to my work and lied to me and stole his car back. Yes, the car is in his name but we all had a verbal agreement. I paid over $6500 on this car. Is there anything I can do to get my money back? Attorney? Sue? Anything at all?

okay i think he was in the bad part of what he would do and it being left in his name i think i would have put it in your name it really makes it bad cause he took advantage of you and your kindness but you could take it to civil court i think you are not in good measures just because its in his name attorney you can try but it might be amless you could sue him but he doesn't have any money but those would be your options
