Google- is the sentence- need you come here? a correct sentence in the english context?

There is one thing about grammar you--and everyone--must understand, it's not rules to be strictly followed! About 'need you come here', it may be gramatically bad-constructed sentence. But as long as the communicator and the receiver understand what it means, grammar rules can't forbid that.
