Google - In India people say that if you're hot you should drink hot tea and it will make you sweat?

i'm not sure about that but i know that tea is healthy for you. i just started drinking tea and i feel better after drinking tea than soda. tea has antioxidants and vitamins. good for digestion ect.

And you don't have to be hot to be sweet. (i guess)
