... haunting tv show; I was dreaming everything that was going on, but I was in it.
Does anybody know how to stop this??
Google - I'm tired of dreaming about what's happening while asleep. e.g. Watching this ghost?

I dream lucidly. what i was wondering is what actually bothers you. are you aware of the dream while the dream is happening or do you remember the dream when you wake up? which bit do you want to stop?
if you are aware while it is happening you will eventually be able to control the dream ( just talk to your self inside your head like you would in real life, be aware that you are there but you don't really have a body, enjoy the adventure, watch it like a movie, play it out like a movie, it will make dreaming fun) as well as the actual dreaming ( i often wake myself up if I want to stop, when shit is going sideways. or I can go back to sleep and continue dreaming a dream my body naturally stopped when it was time to wake up)
If you remember the dream after you wake up and you want to stop dreaming things that happened, you will have to start choosing things that are happening in your life.
don't watch scary stuff and don't put yourself trough stressful situations where you can feel your emotions in your stomach. if you feel fearful, guilty, in love or overwhelmed in any way where your heart rate goes sky high and you feel sick in your stomach you will live trough those feelings in your dreams (I'd say that brain is trying to understand the feeling and get to know it so it doesn't react to that stress in the same way again / revising and learning)
What I'd recommend: in case if is lucid id say play it like a video game, if it's normal then try to calm your daily life, revise your feelings awake so you don't have to go trough them again unwillingly in your dreams.
